This means we retain data for as long as is required to carry out the requested services and fulfil agreements. Exceptions apply to data we are legally required to retain for longer periods.

To verify that the request has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identity document with your request. Please black out your passport photograph, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and national identification number in this copy, in order to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request within four weeks.
TUNAFASI also wishes to draw your attention to the fact that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), via their website.
